After taking head bath, you need to squeeze a lemon in a mug of water and then pour it on your hair. Leave it on your hair for two minutes and then wash it thoroughly. It not only conditions the hair, but also helps in removing dandruff from the hair which is considered to be the major cause for hair fall problems.

5. Take Amla Juice- You can take amla in the form of juice or powder on a daily basis. Amla helps in the growth of hair and reduces hair loss to a large extent. It’s recommended to take 1 teaspoon of amla powder or 2 teaspoon of amla juice in empty stomach every morning to get better results.
